What is Rabonk?
- Rabonk is a small Norwegian consultancy based in Oslo that delivers product management, development and test management — as one team or as individual consultants. The name is an anagram of Carbon: the element that binds things together, and the metaphor for how we work.
Where is Rabonk based?
- We're based in Oslo, Norway. We take engagements across the country and work both on-site with clients and remotely.
What services does Rabonk offer?
- We offer four connected disciplines: product management, development, test management and design. You can bring in the whole team or just one of us — the quality and approach are the same.
How big is the team?
- We're three consultants with over 40 years of combined experience. We deliver like a much bigger team because we work closely, use AI deliberately, and cut out overhead that doesn't add value.
How do you work with AI?
- AI is part of our workflow — as a force multiplier, not a replacement for understanding. We use it daily in development, research and product work, where it actually makes a difference.
How is Rabonk different from larger consultancies?
- We're hands-on rather than advisory. You get senior consultants who actually do the work, not a hierarchy that delivers presentations. We're small enough to stay close, but experienced enough to own the whole delivery.
Can I hire just one of you, or only the whole team?
- Both. You can bring in the whole team for an end-to-end delivery, or a single consultant for product, development, test or design. We shape ourselves to what you actually need.
